PawCoach Account Deletion

We value your trust. This guide explains how to delete your PawCoach account, how to remove your data, and how to reach the support team if you need further assistance.

Delete Your Account in the App

Follow these steps in the latest version of the PawCoach mobile app:

  1. Open PawCoach and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Profile > Account Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review the summary of what will be removed and tap Continue.
  5. Confirm the deletion request by entering your account email and tapping Delete My Account.

Once confirmed, you will be signed out immediately and the deletion timer will begin.

Cancel Active Subscriptions

If you subscribed through Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  3. Select PawCoach and tap Cancel subscription.

Subscriptions purchased through other platforms must be cancelled in the same store to avoid future charges.

What Happens to Your Data

  • Account, dog profiles, training plans, and session history are queued for permanent deletion within 30 days.
  • We retain minimal audit records (plan IDs and deletion timestamps) for fraud prevention and legal compliance. These records are anonymized and cannot be connected back to you.
  • If you sign back in before the deletion is complete, you can cancel the request from the in-app banner.

  • Cannot access the app but need to delete your account.
  • Want to verify that your data has been removed.
  • Represent a user who is unable to submit the request themselves.
